Features a robust, enclosed design with a high capacity rail bearing system delivering exceptional moment and load capability. Along with other PHD Plus® and pneumatic solutions, these electric base slides can be combined to create virtually any system to meet your Cartesian robot needs. Your Motor, Your Way provides freedom to use familiar motors and controls.
Feature PHD Optimax OCV Cylinders combined with the proven SCV Slide orientation with precision guide shafts and provide a lower price alternative to the Series SCV. Available in 3 sizes and 4 travel lengths offer a variety of solutions and are designed for vertical or non-rotating applications.
Features PHD ECV Cylinders and the proven Series SCV thruster slide design to provide high thrust and speed capability. Series ESCV Slides are designed for vertical or non-rotating applications requiring a high degree of repeatability.
PHD Pneu-Connect®, is a cost-effective system providing seamless pneumatic end-effector integration for Universal Robots. Pneu-Connect® features embedded directional control valves for control of an end-effector through the robot’s tool port. The system, with one or two gripper versions, easily attaches to the robot arm and is intuitively operated from the Universal Robot interface via the Pneu-Connect® URCap software package.
Direct OEM needle cylinder solution used in continuous extrusion wheels. These cylinders are a non-rotating shaft design to keep needle tip in the correct orientation with standard NPT ports for extend, retract and blow. The BCT2 version is a high flow version that increases run time between cleaning of “plate out” material. The Series BCT is also field repairable to maximize investment.
Built on the field proven Series GRR chassis, the electric version offers many of the same benefits as the pneumatic with the design and flexibility of Your Motor, Your Way. This heavy-duty end effector’s rugged design and jaw construction can withstand high impact and shock loads. Series EGRR Grippers are designed for gripping large objects in demanding industrial applications.
PHD Optimax® brand pneumatic compact rotary tables are available in 6 sizes with standard rotation adjustment screws, internal shock pads, magnets on piston for external switches. The Series ORQ Pneumatic Compact Rotary Tables are designed to be versatile and economical for use in any industry.
Simplify the design of your automation project using PHD’s modular mounting solutions. The use of standard hardware makes it easy to combine axes of motion. The hardware provides an efficient means of assembling individual actuators into a complete automation device or sub system. There are many combinations that can be achieved to satisfy your specific motion requirements.
PHD Plus® Series ECP Electric IP69K Cylinders are available in either ball screw or lead screw (polymer nut) versions, providing a wide range of high thrust or high speed capabilities. These performance electric cylinders are designed for food processing and packaging equipment utilized in high pressure/high temperature washdown and clean-in-place (CIP) environments.
