PHD Pneu-Connect®, is a cost-effective system providing seamless pneumatic end-effector integration for Universal Robots. Pneu-Connect® features embedded directional control valves for control of an end-effector through the robot’s tool port. The system, with one or two gripper versions, easily attaches to the robot arm and is intuitively operated from the Universal Robot interface via the Pneu-Connect® URCap software package.
Direct OEM needle cylinder solution used in continuous extrusion wheels. These cylinders are a non-rotating shaft design to keep needle tip in the correct orientation with standard NPT ports for extend, retract and blow. The BCT2 version is a high flow version that increases run time between cleaning of “plate out” material. The Series BCT is also field repairable to maximize investment.
