| | Series CRS Compact Pneumatic Cylinder
PHDs Series CRS Cylinder features a self-lubricating nitrile piston seal to increase cylinder performance and provides the best unit life rating in its class of 70 million linear inches of travel. In addition, this compact cylinder now features a clear anodized extruded body with integral slots for flush mounting of PHDs Series 6790 Miniature Switches for additional space savings. Optional shock pads extend cylinder life and minimize piston noise without increasing the length of the cylinder. The compact size of the Series CRS Cylinder makes it ideal for applications where cylinder length is critical.
Advantages: Compact size, eight bore sizes, integral switch slots, thru and threaded holes for easy cylinder mounting, available with two piston lengths. |
| | Series CTS Compact Guide Rod Pneumatic Cylinder
Series CTS Compact Guide Rod Cylinders excel in non-rotating cylinder applications where unit length is critical. They also perform as light duty slides where precise location is not required and side loading is limited. Optional shock pads extend cylinder life and minimize piston noise. The shock pad design adds no additional length to the cylinder.
Advantages: Compact size, thru and threaded holes for easy cylinder mounting. |
| | Series CV ISO/VDMA Pneumatic Cylinder
New Generation Series CV Cylinder design enhancements include increased width of PTFE wear ring for greater support, durability, and increased piston seal retention for higher speed applications. A new imperial design of the Series CV Cylinder is available with imperial ports, stroke length, and rod for easy integration in imperial facilities. A rod seal retention ring has been added to improve performance in extreme applications. Units affected by these enhancements include Series SK/SL, SG and SCV Slides.
Standard features of the Series CV Cylinders include rugged and lightweight anodized aluminum alloy heads, caps, and tubes. Port Controls® regulate speed through the entire stroke. Standard alloy steel and optional corrosion resistant stainless steel piston rods are hard chrome plated for maximum life and durability. Female threads and a variety of mounting accessories provide ease of integration.
Advantages: Anodized aluminum alloy heads, caps and tubes, durable, robust, longer life, drop-in replacement. |
| | NFPA Series A, AV, HV Tierod Hydraulic or Air Cylinder
Tom Thumb© Medium Duty Cylinders are available in a wide range of mounting styles and options. All units are of tierod construction and repairable. Available in single or double-acting.
Advantages: Wide range of options and sizes makes it fast and easy to select suitable cylinder. |
| | Series TD Air/Oil Tandem Tierod Cylinder
The Tandem Cylinder provides close, smooth control of piston rod speed even with changing external loads. The unit is air powered while the hydraulic portion serves as a control medium.
Advantages: Four standard sizes available, provides close, smooth control of piston rod speed. |
| | NFPA Series A, AV, HV Back to Back Tierod Hydraulic or Air Cylinder
The Back-To-Back Cylinder is used where three or four-rod positions are required. Two cylinders are attached back-to-back using common tierods. Different strokes on each cylinder give the capability of four positive stop positions.
Advantages: Four positive stop positions possible, two cylinders with common tierod, independent rod movement on each end of unit. |
| | NFPA Series A, AV, HV Three Position Tierod Hydraulic or Air Cylinder
Three Position Cylinders provide three positive stop positions in a single rod unit. The positions are achieved through an auxiliary cylinder integrated into the three position unit.
Advantages: Four standard bore sizes available, standard stroke lengths range from 1/4" to 6" for each cylinder. |
| | NFPA Series NPG, NHG Non-Rotating Air and Hydraulic Tierod Cylinder
PHD's Tom Thumb© Non-Rotating Rod Cylinders incorporate an internally contained precision spline assembly and a hollow piston rod that eliminates the need for outriggers and external attachments. These pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders can be specified in various mounting styles with a wide range of options available. These cylinders are ideal for many applications including packaging, assembly machines, machine loading/unloading, general industrial automation, and more.
Advantages: Two standard bore sizes available, standard angular rod position adjustment for easy external assembly alignment, wide range of options and mounting styles available |
