Series KG Impact Sensor & Programmer

Series KG Impact Sensor
The PHD Series KG Impact Sensor easily attaches to and monitors any piece of equipment that has motion. Featuring single-axis/bi-directional sensitivity, the sensor attaches to the moving part of a machine or device and monitors impact. A PLC can interpret the signal to warn of erratic operation or shut down a system to prevent catastrophic failure.

KG Programmer
Using the KG Programmer, the KG Impact Sensor also can measure an impact and relay that value to the user. A single programmer has the ability to service an unlimited number of impact sensors throughout an entire plant.

The Series ESK/ESL Electrically driven cantilever Slide with the "Your Motor, Your Way" feature provides an open architecture design allowing users to specify the motor and controls of their choice. Key features include choice of inline or foldback motor mounting. Online sizing and configurator provides ease of cylinder selection and motor specification for all major motor manufacturers.

The Cylinder features precision rolled ballscrews which are offered in two leads for optimizing cylinder speed or thrust performance. Shock pads on both extend and retract provide protection from extreme end of stroke impacts. Available in 3 sizes with travel lengths up to 700mm. Series ESK/ESL Slides feature precision ground hardened guide shafts and ball bushings for smooth, accurate linear motion.

Series ECVx Electric Cylinders

The Series ECV Cylinder is an electromechanical rod style actuator with an ISO/VDMA mounting interface. The Series ECV is available in three sizes with a choice of two high precision ball screws per size optimized for high speed or high thrust. Travels are available up to 1000 mm. A large choice of cylinder mounting accessories is available to simplify machine design.

The Series ECVA provides a non-rotating rod design, whereas the lower cost Series ECVR has a rotating rod for applications where rod rotation is prevented by the attached load or tooling. This actuator also features Your Motor, Your Way - a configurable system that allows the customer to easily power the unit with the motor and controls of their choice. Motors are mountable in an inline or foldback configuration

Series PLKD

Series PLKD Pneumatic Pin Clamps

The PLKD Clamp is ideal for parts clamping in weld areas. The Fingers can extend or retract independent of the main pin, which can retract below the top of the part support, allowing parts to be loaded or unloaded directly sideways. It can also eliminate the damage parts sometimes received when they are pulled off a pin clamp when sideloaded. The PLKD has a completely enclosed pin and long life seals designed to withstand dirt and water present in shop air. Pin diameters range from 12.5 to 24.5 mm with 5 or 10 mm clamping stroke. Pin position sensing allows for open or closed sensing with an industry standard AC or DC weld field immune switch mounted in a protected housing.
