Series ESG Electric Gantry Slides

The Series ESG Electrically driven saddle Slide with the "Your Motor, Your Way" feature provides an open architecture design allowing users to specify the motor and controls of their choice. Key features include choice of inline or foldback motor mounting. Online sizing and configurator provides ease of cylinder selection and motor specification for all major motor manufacturers.

The Cylinder features precision rolled ballscrews which are offered in two leads for optimizing cylinder speed or thrust performance. Shock pads on both extend and retract provide protection from extreme end of stroke impacts. Available in 3 sizes with travel lengths up to 900mm. Series ESG Slides feature precision ground hardened guide shafts and ball bushings for smooth, accurate linear motion.

Series ECVx Electric Cylinders

The Series ECV Cylinder is an electromechanical rod style actuator with an ISO/VDMA mounting interface. The Series ECV is available in three sizes with a choice of two high precision ball screws per size optimized for high speed or high thrust. Travels are available up to 1000 mm. A large choice of cylinder mounting accessories is available to simplify machine design.

The Series ECVA provides a non-rotating rod design, whereas the lower cost Series ECVR has a rotating rod for applications where rod rotation is prevented by the attached load or tooling. This actuator also features Your Motor, Your Way - a configurable system that allows the customer to easily power the unit with the motor and controls of their choice. Motors are mountable in an inline or foldback configuration
