Series FCA Filler Cylinders for Bottle Filling

PHD’s Plastic Packaging Group announces the new Series FCA Filler Cylinder to its product line. The Series FCA Cylinder is a direct replacement for Krones® Filler Valves 45 40150, 45 40152, 45 40156, and the 45 40155. The robust piston design of the FCA is a reliable, field-tested solution providing longer life and consistent fill levels over extended periods of service. The FCA cylinders offer reduced maintenance costs and are lube-free, eliminating the potential for lubricant migration.

Series BST1

Series BST1 Transfer Arm for Bottle Blowing

Series BST1 Fixed Head Transfer Arms are specifically designed as a direct replacement to fit most Sidel® Series1 machines requiring a fixed head. BST Transfer Arms provide significantly longer service life and reduce both maintenance and downtime in stretch blow mold applications. The BST Transfer Arm head and jaws are made of hardened stainless steel to provide maximum life and durability. The 30° head offers a low profile design, with a more rigid design in all head styles that significantly reduces jaw vibration. All units come standard with FDA approved lubrication for use in food packaging applications. A common modular head design is used on all fixed head units and can be easily converted to other jaw openings. BST Transfer Arms are also lighter in overall weight than other available arms. Units are easily and quickly field repairable, which enables you to maximize your Transfer Arm’s life and investment.

Series BCS Stretch Rod Cylinders for Bottle Blowing

Series BCS1 Stretch Rod Cylinders are direct replacements for Sidel« Model, SBO Series1 machines. These cylinders mount into the same space and bolt patterns, provide significantly longer service life, and reduce maintenance and downtime in plastic packaging applications. Units feature internally lubricated polymer bearings, hard chrome-plated alloy steel piston rods, and urethane piston and rod seals for maximum life and durability.

Series BCZ Nozzle Cylinders for Bottle Blowing

Series BCZ Nozzle Cylinders are direct replacements for Sidel© Model, SBO Series2 Cold Set machines. These cylinders mount into the same space and bolt patterns, provide significantly longer service life, and reduce maintenance and downtime in stretch blow mold applications. The cylinder's standard features include internal shock pads for quiet operation and smooth deceleration, FDA approved lubrication for use in food packaging applications, and robust internal components for maximum durability and life. Optional manifold and valve combination is available to increase response times and simplify plumbing issues.

Series BCS2650 Stretch Rod Cylinders for Bottle Blowing

Series BCS2650 Stretch Rod Cylinders are direct replacements for Sidel© Model, SBO Series 2 machines. These cylinders mount into the same space and bolt patterns, provide significantly longer service life, and reduce maintenance and downtime in stretch blow mold applications. Units feature internally lubricated polymer bearings, alloy steel piston rods, and urethane piston and rod seals for maximum life and durability. Cylinders are manifold-ready for integration of optional ISO valve.
